Serunding Kelapa Daging

Dengan Nama Tuhan yg Maha Pengasih dan Maha Penyayang

salam akhir Ramadhan semua!

Resepi turun temurun ni sis belajar dr mak @roziecik fav.arwah abah and oso jawarian. menu wajib di pagi raya.. can eat with nasi ambeng, lontong or makan dgn nasi impit n kuah kacang. 

sis buat awl hrtu utk iftar nasi ambeng.. n hrni repeat buat utk raya esok


nah sis share resepi :

1bj kelapa disangai
1/2kg daging potong dadu kecil
4sdb gula, garam, serbuk kunyit, air asam

bahan blend : 
3sdb ketumbar, 1sdb jintan manis n jintan putih, 2bj bwg besar, 5/6 ulas bwg putih, 2btg serai

cara buat : 
tumis bahan blend smpai pecah minyak, pastu masuk daging, tambah air sikit untuk empukkan daging, masukkan garam, gula n air asam, keringkan sikit bumbu pastu masukkan kelapa n serbuk kunyit, gaul rata siap utk hidang. jgn risau kalau rupanya basah2 keep reheat everyday.so dia akan lerai cantik jer nnt..
